(More customer reviews)First one arrived TOTALLY unplayable! Replacement arrived and once I used an electronic tuner, the tuning seemed to be WAY off! Took it to my sax repair guy, and depsite trying 3 different mouthpiece and 8 different reeds from differnt reed and mouthpiece manufacturers, the intonation was horrible! He stated this could not be played in tune and he would not even recommend it as a begiiner instrument.
The US distributor claimed it was made in the same plant in China that Selmer uses for it's saxes, lol.
1) Selmer does not make its saxes in China!
2) Sticker on thumb rest said Made in Vietnam.
Sorry, but advise not even thinking about this particular instrument, and I've been playing jazz Sax for over 30 years!
