It is easy to fold and unfold, and the tilting is adjusted not with a screw, (when this particular screw fails do hold in common stands, the result is usually a smashed finger), but with a dented gizmo, making it easy to set and much more stable. And the body is 100% aluminium, making it the lightest stand I know of.
The only drawback is that it comes without a case. For the price it costs, Yamaha should provide at least an ordinary one, made of fabric or fake leather. You'l have to spend some few extra bucks on a quality case.
