(More customer reviews)Recently purchased this trumpet for our son attending middle school. His band director made a brief assessment of the trumpet and was quite pleased with the sound and build quality. That said, we have had issues with the valves sticking and are waiting for a response from the manufacturer on how to resolve the problem. If they do not reply in the next 2 days, we will return the item as it is unusable with the valves sticking. We hope they will respond as it is a very nice instrument and if they do, I will certainly modify the rating to 5 stars.
This comment is long overdue. Jim Winn, the service manager, was instrumental (pardon the pun) in resolving the issue. They covered the cost for shipping and labor.For the price, this instrument is excellent and has been given two thumbs up by our band teacher!!
