(More customer reviews)I had this trombone for about 2 months and it works fine. It's a trombone for beginners and I have no complaint for it's quality for it's price, so far. However, they use cheap material for the case and carrying strap. The buckle of the carrying strap, which suppose to connect the strap and the case, broke on the first use. If it meant to hold the weight of a heavy trombone, I don't understand why they use cheap plastic for the buckle. Another things is the pull of the zipper felt off after one week. I am disappointed
