I've used this bag for only 20 gigs or so and have had to give up on it for anything other than storage. Although this bag fits the speakers well, there are some design issues and parts started failing right away.
First, the handle on top will not support the weight of the bag with two speakers inside - it broke. I removed what was left of the handle and replaced it with two strap handles on the top. There is a small, single front foot in the middle essentially making three bearing points on the ground (two wheels and one foot). This makes the bag very unstable and it tips over easily when only one speaker is inside. One zipper is failing where it goes around the sharp bend at the top. The wheels actually seem to be holding up pretty well.
My MSR100's are every bit professional equipment - I travel and perform 250 gigs a year with them. But the YBSP300 case is in no way their equal and is very disappointing. Some suggestions would be to use heavier duty parts overall, put four wheels on so the unit will roll while sitting upright. And put the lid on the top instead of the front. It would be much more convenient to simply lower the speakers in from the top than the front and if they used the sort of overlapping edge like is used on good camera bags - there would be no need for zippers at all - just a couple of clips or buckles. Also that way one could even strap a couple of speaker stands right on the front.
