(More customer reviews)I made a big mistake, I looked at the photo. I am not a trumpet player, I am the mom of a new trumpet player. I thought that this was a SET of mouthpieces. It is ONE mouthpiece. Stupid mistake? Yep, but it could be rationalized if you look at the photo and read the caption: Note the PLURAL: Mouthpieces.
When I tried to contact the Instrument Store to return it, it took several phone calls/emails. When I finally reached them, the man was helpful, it was just not easy to reach them.
I was unhappy that because I felt misled and then it wasn't easy to rectify my mistake.
